DOI Informational Meeting for External Parties on Emergency Procedures for NEPA, NHPA, and ESA

On Wednesday, May 7, 2025, DOI will be hosting a virtual informational meeting for external parties on the Department's new emergency procedures for compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA), and Endangered Species Act (ESA) that are applicable to energy projects during the National Energy Emergency.
This informational meeting will be virtual. The meeting will not include a Q&A portion, but if you do have questions, please feel free to email them to OIEA@ios.doi.gov by 4pm CT on Monday, May 5. DOI will try to answer them at the informational meeting.
