Annual Report Due - Marine Trash and Debris Awareness and Certification

By January 31st of each year, operators must submit an annual report to the MMS that describes the company's marine trash and debris awareness training process and certifies that the training process has been followed during the previous calendar year.
All offshore employees and contractors (wireline operators, contract lease operators and maintenance and construction crews) must view the industry produced Marine Trash and Debris Awareness training video or slide show on an annual basis. You may obtain the marine trash and debris training video, produced by the Offshore Operators Committee (OOC), through the OOC website (listed below).
