Clean Gulf Associates (CGA) is holding its annual meeting in New Orleans on July 16 from 9am to 1pm. Representatives from the exploration and production industry will be in attendance along with personnel from government regulators and state oil spill contractors.
David Moore, Chief of Oil Spill Response Division (BSEE) and John Caplis, Emergency Oil Spill Response Coordinator (BSEE) will give an overview of new regulations related to Estimated Recovery System Potential (ERSP). Captain Joseph Loring (USCG) will provide dpdates to current Coast Guard regulations and policies.
