The International Association of Drilling Contractors (IADC) WellSharp is a well control training program for professionalizing drilling. A collaborative, industrywide, industry-led effort to re-define well control training produced WellSharp, which emphasizes rigorous training for every person with well control responsibilities, whether office-based or rig-based. But the program comes with increased demands of resources. Learn the ins and outs of this new program by tuning in for IADC's virtual panel discussion on 16 September. There is no charge to attend.
