The Offshore Energy Safety Institute (OESI) hosts BSEE to enable the roll-out and discussion of the BAST Determination Process. BSEE and industry stakeholders have worked closely to develop a process that informs and enables the evaluation and determination of BAST in the offshore environment. This will be an opportunity to hear from the regulator on the path forward for BAST.
