The Offshore Operators Committee (OOC) is holding an interactive forum to discuss drivers and considerations for abandonment of offshore pipelines. Along with industry, several agencies plan to be represented at the forum, including: BSEE, BOEM, the Army Corps of Engineers, the Coast Guard and the Department of Transportation.
The deadline for registration is October 20, 2015. No late registration will be allowed.
