THIS NOTICE WAS PREVIOUSLY LISTED ALONG WITH THE BSEE WORKSHOP. HOWEVER, TO ENSURE USERS UNDERSTAND THAT THESE ARE SEPARATE EVENTS REQUIRING SEPARATE REGISTRATION, A STAND-ALONE NOTICE HAS BEEN CREATED.
BOEM will hold a workshop to cover topics such as NTL Implementation Timeline, Financial Assurance (including the credit evaluation), Additional Security and Decommissioning Liability.
