The purpose of the OCSAB Seminar is to enhance knowledge of current OCS policies, procedures and practices. The Seminar features updates on current issues of interest to those actively engaged in offshore activities.
Anyone involved in OCS leasing, negotiations and/or land and lease administration would benefit from the session. The Seminar will be beneficial to landmen, attorneys, exploration and production managers and administrative personnel who have responsibilities in the OCS.
Agenda Topics:
- The Nuts and Bolts of OCS Leasing (Keith Couvillion – Chevron USA, Inc.)
- The Challenges and Opportunities with Proposing Secondary and Tertiary Recovery Programs Under an Offshore JOA (Marshall Maestri – Hess Corporation)
- The Story of US Offshore Wind (Alyssa Karotkin – Statoil Gulf of Mexico LLC)
- Navigating through the BOEM and BSEE Organizations (Board Members and Company Representatives - Panel Discussion)
Registration Information:
The fee for registration is $50.00 and it includes the seminar, refreshments, snacks and a cocktail reception. Attendance is limited to 200 registrants and OCSAB will maintain a “stand by” list. If a Registrant is unable to attend, you may provide the OCSAB with the name and title of a substitute attendee via the email address listed below. See the website listed below to register.
