This notice announces the first meeting of the Royalty Policy Committee. This meeting is open to the public. The purpose of the Committee is to ensure that the public receives the full value of the natural resources produced from Federal lands.
The Committee may discuss and agree on first-year priority issues and establish goals; adopt a timeline for future meetings and actions to be taken in order to achieve Committee goals; and finalize subcommittee tasks and membership.
The final agenda and meeting materials will be posted on the Committee Web site at www.doi.gov/rpc.
